Warranty
4MYTU offers a limited lifetime warranty on our luggage, effective from the date of purchase. This warranty covers the original purchaser or recipient if given as a gift, under the following terms:
The limited lifetime warranty covers any functional damage to the case, wheels, handles, zippers, or any other part that affects the use of the luggage.
The warranty does not cover:
- Cosmetic damage from normal use (minor dents, bumps, scratches, abrasions)
- Defects caused by misuse or shipping damage (e.g., airline handling, extreme environments, shipping unusual items)
- Seconds or items without proof of purchase from 4MYTU
- Damage not affecting functionality
Bags and accessories come with a one-year warranty.
Please note that products at deep discounts and gifts are non-refundable.

How to Submit a Warranty Claim:
1. To submit a claim, please contact customer service at support@4mytu.com
2. In order to review and approve your claim, please include the following information:
(i) Proof of purchase
(ii) Photographs or videos of the defective area
(iii) Your written reason for submitting this claim
(iv) Your name, address, e-mail address and telephone number
3. Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will send you a prepaid shipping label. Please pack your baggage with proof of original purchase date and original receipt and deliver or arrange pickup with the appropriate carrier. Please do not ship the product until your claim has been approved and you have received a prepaid shipping label. We will not refund shipping charges for items shipped before your claim is approved.
4. If the warranty claim is accepted, we will replace the baggage within 7 days of receipt of the baggage, and (ii) send you the replacement baggage at our expense.
5. If the warranty claim is not accepted, your item(s) will be returned to you at your expense.
