Absolutely! 4MYTU suitcases come with a lifetime warranty, so they’re with you for the long haul. Bags and accessories are covered for one year. Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects, but regular wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse aren’t included.

We know you’re excited to get your new gear! We typically ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once it’s on the way, we’ll send you an email with a tracking number so you can follow its journey to your door.

We currently offer standard shipping, with your order arriving within 7-12 business days.

- $10 fee for orders under $100

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds
We want you to love what you ordered! If you need an exchange, you’ve got 100 days to request it—just keep in mind that you’ll cover the shipping cost. The item must be in its original, unused condition.
All items must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
